Mr Christopher McPherson - Flu - Nov. 25th. 1810 Sir - Yours of the 18th Inst I never rec'd till last evening on my return from Goochl'd Court. I hasten to give you the certificate you request, which you will receive inclosed. I have made it as special as I could after so long a time has elapsed since the transaction, I expect to be in Richmond early in Dec'r and if you wish any thing done which is in my power to promote your petition it shall be cheerfully performed.
