At a Court of Oyer & Terminer held in Frederick County the 2d day of May 1786 for the Trial of Bob a negro fellow the property of Margaret and Sarah Wilson orphans of James Wilson decd. on suspicion of breaking open the kitchen of David Deadrick in the night time and feloniously stealing thereout and taking away one pair of silver buckles the property of Charles Magill some cash, shirts stock and sundry other articles belonging to negro Ralph, the property of the said Magill and of negro Bob the property of Edward Smith & of negro Daphne the property of the said Deadrick. Ordered that it be certified that the Court are of the opinion that the prisoner at the Bar being this day condemned to be hanged is of the value of one hundred pounds currency.
