I Americus Scarburgh of Accomack County & state of Virginia do for myself & my Heirs by these presents Manumit the following Slaves and grant them the privileges of free Citizens of this Commonwealth Agre[e]able to an Act of Assembly. William and Hanah to go free Emediately [immediately]; Isaac[,] Susy[,] Major & Patt to go free three years from the present date. Esther & Denis when they shall ar[r]ive at Lawfull age disclaiming all right tittle [title] claim & Demand from me my Heirs or Assigns to or for them after the above periods to each Assignd.
