I the Subscriber being Convinced of the Impropriety of Slave holding being prosses'd of a negroe woman calld Milley & a negroe boy namd Willis, and beleaving it to be my duty to act agreeable to Justice & equity, I do hereby mannumate [manumit] and sett free the said Milly from this Date and the said Willis at the age of twenty one years old from any claim from me or my heirs Exrs. [Executors]. Agreeable to an act made & provided for mannumating of slaves.
