we are going to get seventy casses of beer turkey chicken and I don't know what all we are going to get but that is not the thing I want to see you al well dont worry about me for I will be alwrigh I hope, Papa I might get a furlough after maneuvers if we dont go across I sure hope I can see you all onse more before I go for a ride, Papa you should see all of us young me [men] they sure do look bad for Christmas is just around th corner some of us are crying some are laughing some are [rest of line illegible] well I must close wishing you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year for I am right sad Love Lawrence
