We the jury find the prisoner not guilty of malicious wounding and doing great bodily harm as charged in the indictment, but we find him guilty of unlawfully wounding and causing great bodily harm to Washington the slave in the indictment mentioned with intent charged in the indictment and do ascertain his term of confinement in the City Jail at thirty days and do assess his fine at four hundred dollars.
