We do certify on honor that at the elections held on the 22nd of October 1867 in the 4th District Clarke County Virginia, That ninety-eight qualified White Electors voted against the Convention, And one qualified Colored Elector voted against the Convention. And that sixty qualified Colored Electors voted for a Convention, Also that ninety five qualified White Electors, and that one qualified Colored Elector Voted for Joseph Mc R Kennedy as delegate to the Convention, and one qualified White Elector voted for Isaac Harrison as delegate to the Convention.
