In the Name of God Amen I Robert Wilson of Frederick County being well in body and of sound mind and Memory, do make Ordain Publish and declare, this my last will & Testament in manner following that is to say First and Principally I recommend my Soul to God who gave it, and my body to the Earth to be buried in a decent Christian like manner at the discretion of my Executors as to the Worldly goods wherewith it has pleased God to bless me, I dispose thereof as follows. In the first place, I desire that all my Just debts and Funeral charges be first paid and satisfied.

Item I give and Bequeath and Devise to my Grand Son Robert Wilson son of Robert - Three hundred and forty one Acres of Land Situate in Dunmore County, the same that was conveyed to me by James Wilson by Deed of Bargain and Sale dated the Seventh day of May One Thousand Seven hundred and Seventy one, to hold to him the said Robert Wilson his Heirs and Assigns forever, but if the said Robert Wilson shall die before he Attains the Age of twenty one years, and without lawful Issue of his Body, I do Authorize and empower my Executors hereafter named or either of them, and in case of the Decease of my said Executors any person or persons whom they or the Survivors of them shall Appoint for that purpose to sell and dispose of the said Land and to divide the prices thereof After deducting the necessary expences of the Sale Equally among the Surviving children of my said Son Robert or their Representatives in case of the death of either of them also my Bed Bed cloths, Bedstead Chest Saddle and the Shoebuckles and Kneebuckles which I usually wear to hold to him his Executors Administrators and Assigns

Item I give and bequeath to Robert Wilson son of James twenty pounds current Money - to Margaret Wilson and Sarah Wilson daughters of the said James twenty pounds Current Money each.

Item I give and bequeath to John Wilson son of John Forty pounds Current Money and to Lecrita Wilson Daughter of the said John Forty pounds like Current -

Item I give and bequeath to my Grandchildren Robert Glass and Geority Glass children of my Daughter Elizabeth Glass twenty five pounds Current Money each -

Item I give and Devise to my Grand Children Robert Wilson Stephens and Gureta children of my daughter Barbara Stephens twenty five pounds Current money each. the several Legacies above mentioned to be paid to my Grand Children before their Attaining the Age of twenty one years or their marriages Respectively with Interest from the time of my Decease.

Item I give and devise to my said Grand Son Robert Wilson Son of James the House [sentence illegible] my large Bible -

Item I give and bequeath to my two sons Robert Wilson and John Wilson all my Wearing Apparel to be Equally divided between them, except my great Coat which I give to my Brother Thomas Wilson if he Survives me, if not the same is to be Considered in the Division between my said Sons.

Item I give and bequeath my Negro Woman Rose and her Increase and a Small Negro Boy son of said Rose called Jim to my said Daughter Elizabeth Glass also my Cloths press and round Table to hold to her her Heirs Exers and Administrators. Item I give and bequeath to my said Granddaughter Lecrita Stephens my large Cooper Kettle to her her Executors Admrs and Assigns A-3
