Cordell in this court for the recovery of their freedom in forma pauperis be delivered by Wm Skinker, late sheriff of this County, to Edward Digges, the present sheriff to be by him kept in custody until the said Cordell shall give the bond and security directed by the order of the 1st of December last, made in the said suit for recovery of the freedom of said Smiths.
