Buckhannan it appearing to me that for the felonious offence wherewith he stands charged he ought to undergo a further trial for the said offence. These are therefore to require you to summon a Court consisting of five Justices of the peace of this county at the least, none of whom have an interest in the said slave to meet at the Court house of this county on the 16th day of the present month to hold a court for the trial of the said slave according to law at which time and place you are to attend.
