and therefore It is Ordered that the Said Sam, the Prisoner be hanged by the Neck until he is dead, and this Sentence is to be Carried into Effect by the Sheriff of this County on the 23rd day of November next between the Hours of 12 & 2 O Clock of that day, and is further Considered by the Court that the Said Sam a Slave is of the Value of Four hundred and fifty dollars and it is further considered by the Court that James B Bowlin Gent be allowed the Sum of $15 for his Services in defending the Prisoner aforesaid & that Robert Dickson the Owner of Said Slave forthwith pay the Same to the Said Bowlin and the Said Prisoner is Remanded Ordered that this Court be adjourned Sine die James Kincaid
