191 then I the sd Ann Harris have given and granted and by thes pnts doe give and grant the afforsd Feather bed and furniture yew and yew lamb with their increase together with the sd Negro boy called Mina to such child or children as he shall have liveing at the time of his decease and for want of such child or children then to such child or children as my sonn William Hunt shall have living at the time of the death of the sd Tyler. To have and to hold to the Children of the sd Tyler if he have any lawfully begotten at that time of his decease for ever and for want of such child or children of the sd Tyler then to Have and to hold unto such child or Children as my sd son William Hunt shall have living at the time of the decease of the sd Tyler forever. Be it Remembered that I the abovenamed Ann Harris doe acknowledge to have in my possession and Custody of the proper goods chatells and estate of my Grandson William Tyler one Mare with her increase. Two Cowes and two Calvs and one thousand pounds of Tobacco which I received of Peter Evans for one hors sold to the sd Peter of the estate of the the sd Tyler. Three silver spoons & one gold ring in Witnes wherof I have sett my hand & seal the day and year above written. [right aligned] Ann Haris [seal] seale

Know all men by thes pnts That I An Harris of the parish of Winoake in ye County of Charles Citty Widow. for and in Consideracon of the naturall love and affection that I have and doe bear unto my Grandchildren William and Martha son and daughter of my son William Hunt and for divers other good Causes and Consideracons me therunto moveing have given and granted unto my sd grandchildren my two Negroes Called Georg and Daniel To have and to hold the sd Negores to them their ass for ever. The Negro called Georg to my Grandson And the Negro called Danell to my Grandaughter Martha. Only I have reserved and I the sd Ann Haris doe hereby reserve the use and possession of the sd two Negroes unto me the sd Ann for and dureing the form of my naturall life.
