To all to whome these pnts: shall come know ye that I Sr Edmund Andros knt: thir ma:ties Let: and Governr. Genll: of Virga: send greeting in our Lord God everlasting. Wheras Joseph Wall late of this colony decd did by his last will and testament ordaine and appoynt Elisbeth relict Excux of his sd last will and which sd Elisabeth att a Court att Westover in and for Charles Citty County the third day of october 1693 did make humble sute to the saide Court that a probat of ye sd will might be granted unto her for which cause full power and lawfull atthority is herby giveing and granted unto her to dispose of all and singular the goods Rights and Credits of the sd decd. according to the true intent and meaning of the sd last will and testament Expresed and to render a true accoumpt therof when therunto lawfully required Given under my hand and the seal of ye colony the 26th day of aprill Anno Dom 1694 [right aligned] E Andros
