Wheras Samuell Mosher late of this colony decd did by his last will and testament ordaine and appoynt Nicolas Mosher Executor of his sd will. which said Nicolas Mosher att a court holden att Westover for Charles Citty Citty County the fifth day of february 1693 did make humble sute to ye sd Court that a Probat of the sd Will might be granted und him. Wheras Bradford Wind & late of this colony decd left an estate in divers goods and Chattels who in care wherof Thomas Wilkins and Martha his wife and Elisabeth Winde (which Martha and Elisabeth are sisters of the whole blood of the sd. Wheras William Taylor late of this colony decd left an estate in divers goods and chattels in care wherof John Jane hath made humble sute to the court of Charles Citty County that comicon of administration (with the will anexed) might be granted unto him of ye estate of ye Defunct. Now Know ye that I the sd Sr. Edmund Andros Knt. Governr &c. according to an Order of sd Court bearing date the 3d of October 1693 for the better ordering &c. give & grant unto the sd John Jane the administracon with the Will anexed. &c wt in alijs given under &c. this 26.
