Ordered that thes markes following att the motion of the persons following be Recorded.

The marke of William Jones, Senr.. A hole in the Right eare & half moon under and on the left ear a Cropp and two slitts in the cropp Of Joseph Perry. Half Moon and slitt in the Right ear a Cropp & two slitts in ye Left. Jeffery Busby. Cropp & slitts in ye Right an underkeil in the left ear James Thweats. A swallow fork on both ears & a nick under each eare Thomas Derin's A crop & hole in the left a slitt down ye midle of the Right eare

Know all men by thes pnts That I Andrew Mildram of ye pish of Waynoke in ye County of Charles Citty Planter for and in consideration yt [that] John Jones of ye pish aforesaide Planter hath oblidged himself his Executors and Administrators to pay and satisfie unto me ye sd Andrew ye some & Quantity of twelve hundred Pounds of Tobacco yearly & every yeare dureing my naturall life and hath likewise oblidged himself fo pay and satisfie all such debts & duties as I the sd Andrew stand Indebed to or are due or owing from me ye sd Andrew to any person or persons whatsoever not Exceeding ye some of Eight thousand pounds of tobacco have given granted barganed and sold assigned and by thes pnts doe give grant bargin sell assigne and sett over to the sd Jones his Executors: Administrators and assingnes all & singular my full and Whole psonall Estate Consisting of hous hold stuff & [illegible] of hous hold and husbandry Cattell Horses Hoggs and all other my psonall Estate Whersoever and Whatsoever Except one bedd and furniture my ready mony & wareing apparill and alsoe my negro Jake and I ye [the] sd Andrew for ye [the] consideration aforesaid have & doe herby give grant and asigne & sett over to ye sd John Jones his Executors & assinges all such Debts Dutes & proffitts whatsoever as are due or owing to me ye sd Andrew from any person or persons whatsoever To have and to hold to ye sd John Jones Executrs Adminrs for Ever In Wittness wherof I ye sd Andrew have hearunto sett my hand & seal this 13th ffeb: Anno Dom 1693

At a court holden att Westover the fourth day of June. 1694 John Taylor and Peter Perry made oath that they did see the sd Andrew Mildram signe seale and delliver this deed to the sd John Jones. Test. James Minge Cl Cur

Know all men by thes pnts That we John Jones of ye pish of Waynoke in ye County of Charles Citty Planter & Peter Perry of ye pish of Westover in ye County of Charles Citty aforesd mercht are held and firmly bound unto Andrew Mildram of Waynoke aforesaid Planter in the penal sum of Thirty thousand pounds of tobacco in Casque to be payd to ye sd Andrue his Executors and asignes unto wch payment well and truely to be made & done we binde us & each of us our and each of our & each of our Executors & adminisrators firmly by thes pnts sealed with our seales dated ye 13th day of ffeb: Anno Dm. 1693.

The Condition of this obligation is such that if ye above bound John Jones his Executors or Administrators doe and shall well and truly pay and satisfy unto the above named Andrew Mildrum the sum or quantity of twelve hundred pounds of Tobacco yearly dureing the naturall life of
