We do certify on honor that at the Election held on the 22nd day Oct [October] 1867 Ivor district No 7 Southampton County Va five (5) qualified white electors voted for a convention and seventy seven (77) qualified electors voted against a convention and that one hundred and twenty two (122) qualified colored electors voted for a convention and [blank] qualified colored electors voted against a convention, also that eighty two (82) qualified white electors and [blank] qualified colored electors [voted?] for John Pretlow as a delegate to the convention and one (1) qualified white elector and [blank] qualified colored elector voted for Luther R.
