Land together with all Woods underwoods waters houses Orchards proffitts priviledges, comodities hereditamts & appurtns. with all evidences & writings to the sd Land belonging or in any wise apperteining to be free & clear and freely and cleerly accquitted off and from all maner of Guifts grants bargains sales &c. by me the sd Peter Jones or my order heretofore made suffered or done. hereby covenanting that the same & all the appnces therunto belonging shall be by him the sd John Evins his heyrs & Ass [Assigns] quietly & peaceably held possessed occupyed and enjoyed and the rents proffitts & issues therof to his or their own proper use behoof and benefitt without any entry ejection evicon hindrance disturbance or molestacon of me the sd Peter Jones my heyrs or Ass. or any other person or persons claymeing by from or under us or any of us and that I or they will within four months at any time after the date hereof within the limitts of Charles Citty County make such further or other assurance for the strengthning and confirming of thes pnts as by the sd John Evins his heirs or ass or his or their councill learned in the law shall be reasonably devised advised or required att his and their proper cost & charge. and for a further confirmacon of the premisses I Mary Jones the wife of the sd Peter Jones doe freely volluntarily and absolutly relinquish and yeild upp all my right of Dower in and to the same. Know all men by thes pnts that I Mary Jones wife of Peter Jones of Bristoll parish in Henrico County Virga. doe herby fully and solely authorize constitute & appoint Mr Joshua Wynn my full whole & sole atturny to make surrender of my right of Dowrey of a tract or parcell of land lying & being in Charles Citty and by my afforsd husband Peter Jones and my self sold unto John Evins senr. his heyrs & Ass for ever. to the true performance of which and that this is my cleer and voluntary will and act I doe hereunto sett my hand this thirtyeth day of October 1694.
