This Indenture made this eight day of November in the year 1675 betwen Abraham Coulston of Bristoll parish in Charles Citty County in Virga of the one part and Daniel Sandburn of Henrico County of the Other part Wittnesseth That the sd Abraham Colston for a valuable consideracon in hand payd before the sealing and dellivery of thes pnts wherof the sd Abraham Colston doth accknowledg him self satisfyed and pd and of every part and parcell therof doth cleerly exonerate and acquitt the sd Danll. Sandbourn his heyrs Exrs and Admrs. hath demised [devised] granted sett and lett unto the sd Daniell Sandbourn his heyrs Exrs. Admrs. or ass. [assigns] a certain plantacon and Woodland ground therunto belonging lying and being in the parish and County afforsd and now in the tenure & occupacon of the sd Abraham Coulston conteining be esteemacon fifty acres of land being adjonying to the lands of John Butler on the North side, the river on the West & soe extending itself into the Woods To have and to hold the sd Land, orchard, with all the house edifices and buildings theruupon and with all other appurnes belonging therunto for and dureing tho natturall life of the sd Abraham Coultson and after for and during ye full time and terme of fourscore and ninteen years fully to be completaed and ended from the day of the date hereof unto the sd Daniel Sandbourn Yeilding and paying yearly unto the sd Abraham Coultson his heyrs Exrs. admrs. or Ass one perercorn at or uppon the nine and twentyeth day of September on the sd Plantacon if lawfully demanded to the true performance of the abovesd grants and Covenants the sd Abraham Coulston
