225 Coultson doth by thes pnts engage himself his heyrs Exrs & admrs in the penalty and forfeiture of ten thousand pounds of legall tobacco and casq[ue] to be pd unto the sd Daniel Sandburne his heyrs Exrs. admrs. or Ass. that he the sd Daniel Sandbourn his heyrs Exrs. admrs or Ass. shall peaceable and quiettly hold occupy and enjoy the afforsd demised prmises with the appnences without any lett molestacon or intoeruption of him the sd Abraham Coulston his heyrs Exrs admrs or Ass or any person or persons whatsoever that shall lay any claim right title, term or interest unto the sd demised premises.
