him; ~ therefore it is considered by the Court that he the said Negro man slave named John be hanged by the neck until he be dead ~ and that execution of this Judgment be made and done upon him the said John, by the Sheriff of this County on Friday the seventeenth day of November next, between the hours of ten in the forenoon and three of the afternoon of the same day, at the usual place of Execution; and thereupon the prisoner is remanded to Jail; and the Court doth value the said lave John at the sum of Six hundred Dollars, that, in the opinion of the Court being the cash price for which the said John, would sell at public sale, with a knowledge of his guilt aforesaid.
