Know all men by these pnts that I Joseph Royall of burmoda Hundred of ye parish and County of Henrico For and in Consideracon of ye naturall affecon I have unto my Cosin John Wilkinson as well as for ye sum of five Shill Sterling in hand Received and divers other goods Consideracons me therunto moveing Have given granted Barganed sold aliened Eenfeofed and Confirmed & by thes pnts doe for my self my heirs Execrs: and Admisrs: give grant bargan & sell alien Enfeofee & Confirm unto ye sd John Wilkinson of parish of Westover and County of Charles Citty and to his heires and asignes forever one tract of Land Conteining by estimacon forty Eight Acres be it more or less situate lying and being in the parish of Westover and County of Charles Citty aforsd Begining att a Corner marked tree on doggams Creek on ye N side of ye sd Creek and above the plantacon now in the tennure accupacon and possestion of Richard Denis begining att ye aforsd Corner tree and soe Runing into ye woods E 1/4 N one hundred forty one Chaine Bounding on ye Land of ye aforsd Richard Dennis and from thence SW and by S 1/2 W twenty three Chaine and from thence W 1/4 S ninty six Chaine to a corner tree on doggams Creek Aforesd and soe down ye sd Creeke to the corner tree and place first begun at on ye sd Creek to have and to hold ye sd forty Eight acres of Land be same more or less with all houses orchards pastures fields Woods waters profits conveniences Emoluments and apertenances whatsoever to the same Belonging or In any wise aperteining unto the same unto ye sd John Wilkinson his heires or assignes forever in as large and ample maner to all intents & purposes as I ye sd Joseph Royall or my heirs might or could by virtue of any right whatsoever With out any Lett Hindrance disturbance or molestacon whatsoever of me my heires Exers. or Administrs. or assignes or any of them or with my or their or any of their Asent Consent or procurements Except one tobacco house of thirty foot in length and twenty foot in breadth which I have lett to Richard Dennis already with a Cart path to ye same as Long as ye sd house shall stand In Wittness Wherof I have herunto sett my hand and seale ye third day of october 1695 Jos: Royall [seal] Signed Sealed ddd in pnce of us William Irby Rich: Dennis Edmund Irby Joseph Royall in Open Court acknowledged this Deed to John Wilkinson 8br 3 1695 Test James Minge Ct Cur recorded O Feb 4 1695 P JM Cl Cur
