The Needlework Guild of America Minute Sheet Needlework Guild chairman of Portsmouth General Hospital Auxiliary for the very very interesting article appearing in the Hospital Auxiliary Bulletin. The Sec. was asked to write a note of sympathy to Judge Robert Beaton honoring Mrs. Mercedes Beaton, his wife, who passed away in Feb. 1962. The President announced that Thursday May 24, 1962 as ingathering day. The Sec. was asked to call Mrs. J. C. Wright, asking her to have the ladies of the Woman's Club in Cradock to assist in delivery the articles on day of ingathering. The Sec. was also asked to call all organization, asking them to state their most urgent needs. There being no further business, the meeting adjourned. Respectfully Submitted Mrs. J. W. Brennan-Sec.
