Regular semi monthly meeting of Austin R. Davis Camp #4 Dpt of Va was held on this date

Meeting was opened in regular form Commander Wilson in the chair Roll call of officers and absentees noted Minutes of the last regular meeting was read and approved.

The following bills was ordered paid Print Craft $750 for printing programs Motion was made and carried to reimburse Com. Rosono for $635 - expenses for entertaining the Commander in Chief. Letter from Dpt Comd. Chas B Emmons and filed motions general orders of 1936 and 37 was also read and put on file Com. Banister and Com. Loder was reported sick. Com Snyder stated the boys Camp would have a birthday party March and requested the Camp to present and help them all possible. Motion was made and carried to appoint Com. George Wilson Colector for the camp and allow to colect - 10% on the dollar.

Com Faris states that Com. Overton had requested a letter from this camp stating as to the assistance he had rendered this camp Com. Rosseno made a good talk for the good of the organization.

No further business Camp adjourned to meet again March 15 -- 1937
