Regular meeting of Austin R Davis Camp #4 Dpt of Va was held on the above date.

Meeting was opened in regular form Commander P. J. Wilson presiding. Roll Call of officers Minutes of the last regular was read and approved. National general orders #5 of 1936 and 37 was read.

Com. F. M. Snyder chairman of the sick committee reported. Com. Bond holding his own Com. Adams improving Com. W. R. Snyder was reported in the hospital Com. Farris was also reported confined to his home. Com. Banister read a letter from the N & W Railroad Co on travel information to Columbus.

Com. Nichloson called the Camp's attention to his planed water mellon feast stating it would be on the 11th weather permitting if not later.

Com. Clyde George presented Sr. Vice Comd. James T. Banister to the chair Com. Banister made a few remarks and promised to have more to say later as he was taken by surprise and not prepared.

No further business Camp adjourned to meet again August 16th
