Regular semi monthly meeting of Austin R Davis Camp #4 Dpt of Va was held on the above date Meeting was opened in regular form Minutes of the last regular meeting was read and approved Roll Call of officers and absentees noted. The sick committe made and carried by Com. Banister to authorize the camp to contact Com. Frank Whitley colect one dollar and include his name on the 1937 Roster as off Dec 20th 37 The Commander explained to the Camp how he went about the task of getting the Portsmouth and Norfolk C Ferrus Comittte to Contribute two hundred and fifty dollars to the Monument fund. Com. Banister Chairman of the Monument Committe stated that Committe had reached the goal The comd. appointed the following committe to visit the admiral of the Navy Yard, Com. Banister Com. Rasono Park Dpt Comd. Sidriyer and George Wilson. Com. George Wilson Committe on delinquent members made a progressive report. The Comd. appointed the following Committe on refreshments to be served on Jan 3rd after instalation Com. Myers Burn and Nicholson. The Comrads present contributed suficient funds to defray the expenses of refreshments. The Commander requested the Trustees to audit the quartermaster books to Jan 3rd 1938. No further business the camp adjourned to meet again Jan 3rd 1938
