Feb 6/39 Regular semi monthly meeting of austin R Davis Camp # 4 Dpt of Va was held on the above date. Meeting was opened in regular form by Cmnd. Myers Roll call of officers and minutes of the last regular meeting was read and approved General orders #3 1938 and 39 of Dfl-of Va was read and also letter from F E Crosman requesting acknowledgement of commanders badge recently returned to the camp. The adjt was requested to take care of same Dft. Comd. Banister stated he had waited on Norfolk Camp in to [illegible] for Maine day celebration and they requested a committe of 3 to work with a like committe of Norfolk camp requesting this camp to support them by their presence and they would entertain this meeting in Norfolk. Com George Wilson reminded the camp that the 26 of May 1939 was the 30th birthday of the camp. The camp appointed the following committe to work with the committe of the Norfolk camp on main day celebration Dft Comd Banister Com Leafe and Com Yoder No further business the adjourned to meet again Feb 20th WH Tomkin Camp Adjt
