150 } Novmr. Court 1751.

In the Suit in Chancery between Jennett Rowley Compt. & Moses Rowley Deft. the Deft. not having put in his Answer, an Attachment is ordered against him returnable to the next Court.

In the Suit on Petition between Philip Alexander Gent. Plt. & Thomas Skinner Deft. Judgment is granted the Plt. for two Pounds five Shillings & four Pence & Costs.

In the Action of Trespass Assault & Battery between John Honey Plt. & Charles & Benjamin Porters is dismist the Defts paying Costs

In the Action of Trespass upon the Case between George Spicer Plt. & Abraham Fletcher Deft. the Deft. not appearing Judgment is granted the Plt. against him & Abram Gardner his Security for what of the sum sued for in the Declaration shall appear to be justly due unless the Deft. do appear at the next Court, & answer the Plt's action.

In the Action of Trespass upon the Case between Philip Sheridan Plt. & James Grigsby Deft. the deft. not appearing Judgment is granted the Plt. against him & Philip Alexander Gent. Sheriff of this County for what of the Sum sued for in the Declan. shall appear to be justly due unless the Deft. do appear at the next Court, & answer the Plt's Action.

The Suit on Petition between Andrew Edwards, & Betty his Wife Adminrs. with the Will annexed, of James Waugh Gent. decd. Plts. & John Payton & George Waller acting Execur. of the last Will, & Testament of Charles Waller Gent decd. defts. is continued at the Plts. Costs.

The Suit on Petition between George Knight Plt. & William Howard deft. is dismist, & the Plaintiff ordered to pay to the deft. his Costs by him about his Defence in this behalf expended
