In the acion of Trespass between Robert Massey Gent plt and Jacob Johnson Deft for fifty pounds sterling damage by means of the Deft[']s breaking and entering the close of the plt at the parish of St. Pauls in this County as is set forth in the Decn [Declaration]. Its ordered that the surveyor of this County go up on the lands in controversy the first Wednesday in September next if fair. If not the next fair day and survey and lay of[f] the same as either party would have it having regard to all patents and evidences as shall be produced by either of the parties and report all matters of fact specially to the next Court and the Sheriff is to attend the surveyor and to remove force if any offered and the surveyor is to return three fair plats and reports to the Clerks office in due time before the day of hearing.
In the action of Trespass between Francis Dade plt and Benoni Stratton Deft for one hundred pounds sterling damage by means of the Defts breaking and entering he close of the plt at the parish of St. Pauls in this County as is set forth in the Declaration. Its ordered that the surveyor of the said County go in Company of an able Jury who are in no ways
