68 August Court 1750

Concerned by affinity consanguinity or Interest nor liable to any other Just exception to be Summoned by the Sheriff an[d] Sworn before a Justice go up on the Lands in controversy on the third monday in September next if fair if not the next fair day and Survey and lay of[f] the Same as either party would have it and and as the Jury shall think fit having regard to all patents and Evidences as shall be produced by either of the parties and report all matters of fact Special to the next Court And the Sheriff is ordered to remove force if any offered and the Surveyor is to return three fair platts and Reports to the Clks Office in due time before the day of hearing ~

A Supplementory Inventory of the Estate of Rachael Colclough decd being returned is admitted to Record ~

In the Suit on petition between William Waller Gent plt and William Fitzhugh Esqr. and Francis Thorenton Gent Acting Exors. of the last Will and Testament of Gilson Bingman decd. Defts Judgment is granted the plts for two pounds five Shillings and Costs of the Goods and Chattels of the said Testator which hereafter shall come to the hands and possession of the said Exors. to be administered ~ to be levied ~
