75 August Court 1750 At a Court continued and held for Stafford County August 16th 1750

Present { Philip Alexander Richard Bernard John Payton and Peter Daniel } Gentlemen

In the action of Trespass upon the Case between George Randall plt and William Holdbrook and Elizabeth his Wife Defts a Jury to wit William Mills, Calvert Porter Franklyn Latham Charles Harding Joseph Combs John Fitzpatrick John Mauzy William Ross John Pound John Nelson Thomas Porter and Thomas Wood were sworn to try the Issue Joined who brought in their Verdict in these words We of the Jury find for the plt one shilling sterling damage Joseph Combs foreman which verdict at the plts motion is comitted to Record and Its considered by the Court that the plt recover of the said Deft the said one shilling sterling damages by the Jurors aforesaid in their Verdict aforesaid assessed and one shilling Sterling Costs

In the action of Trespass upon the Case between Martha Horton Plt and Will Ross Deft a Jury to to [sic] wit Calvert Porter Joseph Combs John Fitzpatrick John Pounall William Breuton John Nelson Thomas Nelson Thomas Wood Nathaniel Gray Wlliam Holdbrook George Randall and Robert Radish were sworn to try the Issue Joined who brought in their verdict in these words We of the Jury fnd for the Deft Nathaniel Gray foreman which verdict at the Defts motion is comitted to Record and Its considered by the Court that the plt take nothng by her bill and the Deft go hence without day and that he recover of the said Plt his Costs by him about his defence in this behalf expended
