76 August Court 1750

In the action of Trespass between Edward Bush Plt and Thomas Porter Deft a Jury to wit Nathaniel Gray Joseph Combs Franklyn Latham William Mills Charles Harding William Ross John Mauzy John Nelson George Randall William Braeton and Robert Radish were sworn to by the Issue Joined who brought in their Verdict in these words We of the Jury find for the Deft Nathaniel Gray foreman which Verdict at the Defts motion is comitted to Record And Its Considered by the Court that the Plt take nothing by his Bill and that the Deft go hence without day and that he recover of the said Plt his Costs by him about his defence in this behalf expended

In the action upon the Case between Edward Bush plt and John Fitzpatrick Deft a Jury to wit Nathaniel Gray Franklyn Latham Joseph Combs William Mills Charles Harding William Ross John Mauzy John Nelson George Randall William Burton William Brueton and Robert Radish were sworn to try the Issue Joined who brought in their Verdict in these words We of the Jury find for the plt four pounds sterling Nathaniel Gray foreman which verdict at the Plt's motion is comitted to Record and Its considered by the Court that the plt recover of the said Deft the said four pounds sterling by the Jurors aforesaid in their Verdict aforesaid assessed and his costs by him in this behalf expended:

The action of Trespass Assault and Battery between Jane Williams plt and Jess Bails Deft is continued at the Defts Costs

The action of Debt between Charles Dick plt and the Honble Thomas Lee Esqr. Charles Carter John Tayloe Nathaniel Harrison and Philip Lee Esqrs Exors of the last Will and Testament of William Walker Gent decd Defts. The Defts having pleaded payment by the Estate, the plt Joined the Issue and the Trial is refered till the next Court

In the action of Trepass upon the Case between Philip Alexander Gent plt and the Honble Thomas Lee Esqr Charles Carter John Tayloe Nathaniel Harrison and Philip Lee Esqrs Exors of the last Will and Testament of William Walker Gemt decd Defts the Plt proved his acct. and his cause is continued till the next Court
