In the Suit on Petition between William Thomas Plt. & Lawrence Washington Plt. Judgment is granted the Plt for two pounds ten shillings & one farthing & Costs.

In the Suit on Petition between William Allen Plt. & Thomas Matheny def. Judgmt. is granted the Plt. for five hundred pounds of Tobacco & Costs.

In the Suit on Petition between Alexander Whitman Plt. & Humphry Pope deft. Judgmnt. is granted the Plt. for three pounds eight shillings & Costs.

In the suit on Petition between John Lee, & Traverse Cooke Gent. Church wardens of Overwharton Parish Plts. & John Ramy deft. Judgment is granted the Plt. for two pounds three shillings & Costs.

In the Action of Trespass upon the Case between George Long Plt. & George Pilcher deft. the Plt. failing to prosecute his Suit, on the deft's Motion he is non suited, and ordered to pay the deft. damages according to Law, & Costs.

Ordered that William Allen pay Daniel Mason seventy five pounds of Tobacco for three days attendance as an Evidence for him against Matheny.

In the Suit in Chancery between John Peyton Gent. Guardian to Lettice Lynton, Orphan of John Lynton decd Complaint. & John Ramy deft. by Consent of the Parties all matters in difference between them are referred to the determination of the reverend John Moncure, John Mercer, & Peter Hedgman Gent. & their award is to be made the Judgment of the Court.

Honor Glass being presented by the Grand jury for having a Bastard Child & summoned and failing to appear its ordered that she pay to the Church wardens of Overwharton (for the Use of the Poor of the sd. Parish) fifty Shillings Current Money or five hundred pounds of Tobacco & Cask with Costs & a Lawyer's Fee.

Sarah Pestridge being presented by the Grand jury for having a Bastard Child & summoned & failing to appear, its ordered that she pay to the Church Wardens of Saint Pauls Parish, fifty Shillings Current Money, or five hundred Pounds of Tobacco & Cask with Costs & a Lawyer's Fee

Ordered that William Blackwell pay Thomas Leman two hundred fifty & five pounds of Tobacco for three days attendance as an Evidence for him against Peyton & for coming, & returning thirty Miles twice.
