In the Action of Trespass Assault, & Battery & false Inprisonment between John Fitzpatrick Plt. & Charles Harding deft. the deft. for Plea saith he is not guilty, the Plt. joined the Issue, & the Tryal is referred till the next Court.

In the Action of Trespass upon the Case between James Stuart & Mary his Wife Plts. & Ann Williams deft. the deft. having pleaded not guilty the Plt. joined the Issue & the Trial is refferred [sic] till the next Court

In the Ejectione Firmæ between John Seekright Lessee of Maximillian Robinson Plt. & John Ralls deft. the deft. having pleaded not guilty confessed Lease, Entry, & Ouster & agrees to insist only on the Title at Tryal which Issue the Plt. joined & the Trial thereof is referred till the next Court

Bernard his Attorney entered himself deft. in the Room of James Thrustout pleaded not guilty, confessed Lease, Entry & Ouster, & agreed to insist only on the Title at Tryal, which Issue the Plt. joined & the Trial thereof is referred till the next Court.

In the Action of Trespass Assault & Battery between William Jones Plt. & William Davis deft. the defent. having pleaded not guilty the Plt. joined the Issue & the Trial thereof is referred till the next Court.

The Suit on Petition between John McCullough Plt. & William Davis deft. is dismist & the Plt. his Costs by him about his defence in this behalf expended.

In the Action of Trespass upon the Case between Robert & Edward Maxwells Plts.& Cuthbert Byram deft. the deft. not appearing the Judgment against him & Peter Byram his Security is confirmed, & a Writ of Inquiry of damages is to be executed the next Court.

Ordered that William Davis pay William Jones one hundred pounds of Tobacco.
