258 } March Court. 1754.

as the sd. Jury shall think fit, having regard to all Patents & Evidences as shall be produced by either of the sd. Parties, & report all Matters of Fact specially to the next Court, & the Sheriff is ordered to attend the Jury to remove force (if any offered) & the Surveyor is ordered to return three fair Plats & reports to the Clerk's Office in due Time before the day of hearing.

In the Ejectione Firmæ, between Thomas Turff Plt. & Thomas Seddon deft. for Lands & Appurtenances in the Parish of Overwharton, in this County which Henry Fitzhugh Esqr. demised to the Plt. for a Term &c. as is set forth in the declaration its ordered that the sheriff of the sd. County, in Company of an able Jury of Freeholders of the sd. County. who are no ways concerned by Affinity, Consanguinity, or Interest nor liable to any other just Exceptions, to be summoned by the Sheriff, and sworn before a Justice of the sd. County do go upon the sd. Lands on the second Monday in April next if fair, if not the next fair day & survey & lay off the same as either party would have it & as the sd. County do go upon the sd. Land on the second Tuesday in May next if fair, if not the next fair day, & survey & lay off the same as either Party would have it & as the sd. Jury shall think fit
