Survey the Whole

In the suit on Petition between Charles Jones Plt. & William Fitzhugh Esqr. & Francis Thornton Gent. acting Exers. of the last Will & Testament of Gilson Berryman decd. deft. Judgment is granted the Plt. for four pounds thirteen Shillings & three Pence of the Goods & Chattles of the sd. Testator in the Hands of the sd. Execurs. if so much they have in their hands, & if they have not so much in their hands then the Costs of the proper Goods & Chattles of the sd. Execurs.

In the Action of Trespass between Traverse Cooke Plt. & John Farrow deft. on Motion of the Plt. it's ordered that the Deposition of John Johnson be taken

Ordered that Traverse Cooke pay John Johnson five hundred & seventy five pounds of Tobacco & three Shillings for three days attendance as an Evidence for him against Farrow, & for coming & returning fifty five Miles three times together together [sic] with his Ferriages at Accoquan coming & returning according to Law. ~

Then the Court adjourned till tomorrow morning 9 O,Clock. Mott Doniphan

At a court continued & held for Stafford County 9th Octor. 1754 ~

John Ralls on his Motion hath his Ordinary License renewed. ~ Present John Payton

Ordered that Catharine Ashby pay Henry Wiggington, one hundred seventy five pounds of Tobacco for seven days attendance as an Evidence for her against Ashby. ~

In the Suit on Petition between George Waller & William Allen Execrs. of the last Will & Testament of Edward Waller decd. Plts. & Charles Harding deft., Judgment is granted the Plts. for three pound & four pence & Costs.

Ordered that George Waller & William Allen Execrs. Execrs. [sic] of Edward Wallace decd. pay Sam Earle fifty pounds of Tobo. for two days attendance for them against Harding. ~
