323 } October Court 1754 ~

day of December one thousand seven hundred & fifty one till the same is paid

In the Suit on Petition, between William Kelly, & Phillis his Wife Plts. & Samuel Whitson & Nathaniel Price defts. Judgment is granted the Plts. for one Pound ten Shillings & Costs. But this Judgment is to be discharged (the Costs execpted) on Payment of fifteen Shillings with Interest thereon from the first day of December one thousand seven hundred & fifty one till the same is paid.

In the Ejectione Firmæ between John Seekright Plt. & John Ralls Senr. deft. for Lands and Appurtenances in the Parish of Overwharton in this County which Maxamillian Robenson Gent. demised to the Pet. for a Term & as is set forth in the Declaration; It's ordered that the Surveyor of the sd. County go upon the Lands in Controversy on the third Monday in November next if fair, if not the next fair day & survey & lay off the same as either Party would have it, having regard to all Pattents, & Evidences as shall be produced by either of the sd. Parties & report all Matters of Fact specially to the next Court. And the Sheriff is ordered to attend the Surveyor to remove force if any offered) & the Surveyor is ordered to return three fair Plats, & Reports to the Clerk's Office in due time before the day of hearing ~

In the Suit on Petition between John Thomas Plt. & Robert Stuart deft. Judgment is granted the Plt. for one pound sixteen Shillings & two pence forthing & Costs.

In the Suit on Petition between William Garrard Plt. & Thomas Johnson deft. Judgment is granted the Plt. for seven Shillings & ten pence & three hundred & six pounds of tobacco & Costs.
