Ordered that John Tayloe Esqr. pay William Long one hundred & seventy five pounds of Tobacco for seven days Attendance as an Evidence for him against Davis ~

Ordered that John Tayloe Esqr. pay Thomas Fletcher one hundred pounds of Tobacco for four days Attendance as an Evidence for him against Davis ~

Ordered that John Tayloe Esqr. pay Elizabeth Shaw one hundred & fifty pounds of Tobacco for six days attendance as an Evidence for him against Davis ~

Ordered that Elizabeth Rapier pay Saml. Mitchel seventy five pounds of Tobacco for three days attendance as an Evidence for her against Stuart & his Wife

Ordered that William Ross Senr. pay Joseph Winlock seventy five pounds of Tobacco for three days Attendance as an Evidence for him against Stuart & Uxora

Ordered that Elizabeth Rapier pay William Ross junr. seventy five pounds of Tobacco for three Days attendance as an Evidence for her against Stuart & Uxora.

In the Action of Trespass upon the Case between John Peyton Plt. & William Swetman deft. a Jury to wit John Kirk, John Clark, Thomas Crafford, Charles Harding, William Bussell, Edward Pilcher, Darby OCain, Richard Randall, William Jordan Humphry Pope, William Dye, & Timothy Dulany, were Sworn to try the Issue joined who brought in their Verdict in these Words, "We of the Jury find for the Plt. five pounds sterlg. damage William Bussell foreman" which Verdict at the Plt's Motion is admitted to record, & it's considered by the Court that the Plt. recover of the sd. deft. the sd. five pounds Sterling by the Jurers aforsd. in their Verdict aforsd. assessed, & his Costs by him in this behalf expended.

Ordered that John Payton pay William Garrard twenty five pounds of Tobacco for one days attendance as an Evidence for him against Swetman.

Ordered that John Payton pay Thomas Spalding two hundred pounds of Tobacco for eight days attendance as an Evidence for him against Swetman.

Ordered that William Swetman pay George Hinson seventy five pounds of Tobacco for three days attendance as an Evidence for him at Suit of Payton.

Ordered that William Swetman pay Andrew Kenny seventy five pounds of Tobacco for three days attendance as an Evidence for him at suit of Payton
