{ 352. March Court 1755.

Account against the sd John Stacy for three pounds, one Shilling & four pence farthing. It's thereupon considered by the Court that the sd John recover the same of the sd Stacy his Costs by him in this behalf expended. And the Sheriff having returned the sd. Attachment executed in the hands of Benjamin Strother Gent. who being sworn declared he had in his hands a Rifle Gun of the Estate of the sd Stacy. It's thereupon ordered that the Sheriff sell the same according to Law, & that after satisfying the sd Strother three hundred & ninety pounds of Tobacco, out of the Sale thereof that he pay the residue to the sd Ralls to satisfy his Judgment therewith if there remains enough in his hands to do the same & report to the next Court. . In the action of debt between Alexander Doniphan Plt & William Lampton deft. the deft. came into Court & confessed Judgment to the Plt. for seventeen pounds two Shillings & two pence. It's thereupon considered by the Court that the Plt. recover the same of the sd. deft..& his costs by him in this behalf expended. But this Judgment is to be discharged (the Costs excepted) on Payment of eight pounds eleven Shillings & one penny with Interest thereon from the twenty first day of October one thousand, seven hundred & fifty four till the same is paid.

In the Action of Trespass upon the Case between Alexander Doniphan Plaint. & Samuel Whitson deft. the deft. came into Court & confessed Judgment to the Plt for [blank space] It's thereupon considered by the Court that the Plt. recover the Same of the sd. deft. & his costs by him in this behalf expended. Absent John Peyton Gent. ~

In the Action of debt between John Peyton Gent. Plt. & James McDaniel deft. the deft. not appearing on Motion of the Plt. by his Attorney an Attachment is awarded him against the defts. Estate for [blank space] & Costs returnable to the next Court

In the Suit on Petition between John Peyton Gent. Plt. & Henry Wiggington deft. Judgment is granted the Plt. for three pounds, eight Shillings & four pence, & Costs.

In the Suit on Petition between John Peyton Gent. Plt. & Joseph Dunaway deft. Judgment is granted the Plt. for eight hundred & four pounds of crop Tobacco & Costs. .
