Guilty the Plt. joined the Issue, & the Trial thereof is referred till the next Court.

In the Action of debt between Robert Ashby who as well &c. Plt and Samuel Bredwell defendant, the deft. for plea saith he owes nothing the Plt. joined the Issue & the Trial thereof is referred till the next Court.

In the Action of debt between Charles Stuart & Co. Plts. & Francis Broox deft. the deft. having pleaded the Plts. joined the Issue & the Trial thereof is referred till the next Court.

In the Action of Trespass upon the Case between John Taylor Esqr. Plt. & William Davis the deft. having pleaded not Guilty the Plt. joined the Issue & the Trial thereof is referred till the next Court

In the Action of Trespass upon the Case between James Yelton Plt. & Thomas Spalding Defent. the deft. having pleaded not guilty the Plt. joined the Issue & the Tryal thereof is referred till the next Court.

In the Ejectione Firmæ between Thomas Trueman Plt. & John Peyton & George Waller Execs. &c. of Charles Waller decd. defts. for Lands & Appurtenances in the Parish of Overwharton in this County, which John Rout demised to the Plt. for a Term &c. as is set forth in the declaration. It's ordered that the surveyor of the sd. County go upon the Lands in dispute, on the twenty first day of this Instant if fair, if not the next fair day & survey & lay off the same as either Party would have it, having regard to all Patents & Evidences as shall be produced by either of the Parties & report all Matters of Fact specially to the next Court. And the Sheriff is ordered to attend to remove force (if any offered). And the Surveyor is ordered to return three fair Platts & Reports to the Clerk's Office in due Time before the day of hearing.

In the Action of Trespass upon the Case between Merrimond Tiller Plt. & Husbandfoote Whitecotton defend. the deft. for plea saith he is not guilty, the Plt. joined the Issue & the Trial thereof is referred till the next Court.

In the Action of debt between John Knox Plt. & Thomas Riddle deft. a Jury to wit Cain Withers, James Stark, John Gravatt, William Butler
