Virginia: At a Court held for the County of Pulaski the 5th April 1855 Henry Rosenheim a native of Germany this day declared on oath in open court that it is bonafide his intention to become a Citizen of the United States, and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign power, Potential or Sovereignty whatever, and particularly to Maximilian King of Bavaria. Pulaski County to wit: I Lynch A Currin Clerk of the County Court for the said County of Pulaski in the State of Virginia do hereby certify that the foregoing is a true transcript from the records of said Court. In testimony whereof I hereto set my hand, and annex the seal of the said Court this 7th day of July 1856. Lynch A Currin C. Virginia: Pulaski County to wit I Hamilton Sayer presiding Justice of the Peace for the said County of Pulaski in the State of Virginia, do hereby certify that Lynch A Currin who hath given the preceeding certificate is Clerk of the said Court, and that his said attention is in due form. Given under my hand this 7th day of Augt. 1856 Hamilton Sayer P.J. Received of H. Rosenheim $3.00 the Clerks fees including Tax on seal for the above service Augt. 13th 1856. L.A. Currin Clerk
