In the Circuit Superior Court of Law and Chancery for the County of Middlesex April Term 1845 Judy Wood[,] George Butler[,] Lucy Butler[,] William Butler[,] Mary Butler[,] Martha Wood and Abram Wood Plts Vs Elliott Gardner admor de bonis non with the will annexed of Nancy Watts dec'd George Wright executor of Rich'd Claybrook dec'd George Saunders admor of John Watts and Lewis B Seward admor of Charles Watts dec'd Defts } In Chancery This Cause Came on to be heard upon the bill answer and exhibits and was argued by Counsil on Consideration whereof the Court without deciding any principal [illegible] in this Cause doth order that the defendant George Wright Exor of Rich'd Claybrook dec'd do render before a Commissioner of this Court an account of the transactions of his said testator as exor of Nancy Watts dec'd that the defendant Lewis B Seward admor of Charles Watts dec'd do render before the said Commissioner an account of the transactions of his intestate as admor de bonis non of the said Nancy Watts the defendant George Saunders admor of John Watts do render before the said Commissioner an account of the transactions of his intestate as admor de bonis non of said Nancy Watts and that the defendant Elliott Gardner admor de bonis non of the said Nancy Watts do also render an account of his transactions as admor in making up these accounts the said Commissioner is authorised to receive as prima facia Correct Any account which may have been settled of the said defendants before Commissioners of the County Court and admitted to record which Several accounts the said Commissioner will audit state and settle and report the same to the Court with any matter specially stated deemed pertinent by himself or required to be so stated by any of the parties[.] In making up said accounts the said Commissioner is directed to state [them? there?] as to show what portion of the funds coming to the hands of the several representatives of Nancy Watts are the proceeds of the hires of the complainants and what portions were received from other sources as also to distinguish between hires accruing since the institution of this suit and those previously due and the commissioner is authorised to examine the parties in solemn form upon inter[r]ogatories touching the subject matter of said accounts[.] A Copy Teste James E Healy DCMC Commissioners Office Urbanna Dec: 29th 1845 The parties in the forgoing order interested will take notice that I have fixed on Wednesday the 25th February 1846 at my office in the town of Urbanna to take said accounts at which time and place they are required to attend with all books vouchers or accounts or whatever may be necessary to enable me to take same[.] Novr Healy Comr Mar: 10th 1846 The taking the foregoing accounts is pos[t]poned to Wednesday the 25th March instant at my office in Urbanna at which time and place the parties interested will attend as above required[.] Novr Healy Comr
