Dear Mrs. Munford: The Virginia Society for the Study of Education was formed at Richmond last November during our Educational Conference. The purpose of this Society is to study some educational and social problem in Virginia. I am writing to you as one of the leaders of public opinion and thinkers on educational problems of the State requesting you to suggest some problems that you think need investigation and study at this time. Suggest as many problems as possible. The Committees of the Society will soon take up the study of a number of problems.
