Feb 18, 1914. My dear Mrs. Munford, I am sending you the last of the petitions which have been handed over to me. I sent several to reach you on last Monday-hope you received them. I had hoped to be able to come to Richmond this week, but Mr. Kyle had to go off on a business trip, and so I had to give up my coming, as there was no one to leave here with the two small boys. Miss Davis and others will be down next week and I hope will be able to put in some good work for the bill.
