130 - 131 Mrs. B.A. Osterbind, were conducted this afternoon, the burial being in Maury cemetery. Great interest is being aroused in South RICHMOND in behalf of the Billy Sunday meetings soon to be conducted in the city auditorium. Crowds from the Southside are expected to attend the meetings.

A meeting of the neighborhood prayer meeting leaders, consisting of all pastors of the Southside, will be held in the Rev. Thomas Semmes' home, Eleventh and Porter streets, tomorrow at 2:30 P.M., all of the ministers and prayer meeting leaders are urged to be present.

NATIONAL WOMAN'S PARTY CABLES A CRYPTIC LINE TO WILSON The Virginia Branch of the National Woman's Party sent the following New Year's cablegram to President Woodrow Wilson, addressing the message to him at Paris: "Suffrage delaid is suffrage denied." Commenting on the cablegram and on President Wilson's attitude towards the passage of the Susan B. Anthony measure, which would give national suffrage to the women of America, Mrs. Charles V. Meredith [Sophie G. Meredith] today said that members of the National Woman's party believed that, If the president earnestly desired to make woman's suffrage a real issue, women would be accorded the vote.

MRS. WALLEN STILL ILL. Mrs. Alice H. Wallen, 218 North Harvie Street, continues ill at her home with complications arising from an acute attack of influenza. Dr. A. L. Martin, of Highland Park, is in attendance. The condition of Mrs. Wallen is considered serious.

DAY's REPORT ON INFLUENZA Forty-four cases of influenza were reported to the city health department today, with four deaths, this being the two day record over the new year holidays.
