Citty County are justly indebted and bound unto Mr Richd Bland President of the Sd County Court in ye Penall Sum of fifty thousand pounds of tobaco to the true paymt whereof to the said Richd Bland his executor or assigns we bind us and either of us our and either of our heirs executrs and administr firmly by these prsents as wittness our hands and seales this 9th day of January 1699
