John Walson Afsignee ofEdward Dromgoole [illegible] against George Woodlief, Alexander Madill, and John Goodwyn Depts } Whom a Motion on a forfeited delivery Bond Notice proved, and Judgement by default for Three hundred hundred and forty nine pounds Eighteen Shillings Has been the penalty of the said bond besides costs. But to be discharged by the payment of one hundred and seventy four pounds nineteen shillings and one penny principal, with six [illegible] Intererest from the Twenty second day of January 1801 till payment and the costs.
