  The suit on petition between Daniel Matheny [Pls. for plantiffs} & Jefs Bails Defs. [Defendant] is dismissed 
  The suit on petition between Gerard Towles gent. pls [plantiff] & John Minor and Moses Rowley Defs. [defendant]. Judgement is granted to pls. [plantiff] against them for six hun. [hundred] and seventy and nine pounds of tobacco & sixty three pounds of tobo. [tobacco] [illegible] by order of hand and costs...
  Ordered that the sheriff deliver to Hugh Horton the several things in an account of him proved and attached by Robert Burgess as the Estate of Anthony Horton...
  Ordered that the several guardians be summoned to appear at the [illegible] Court to make up their accounts...
