Ordered that George Waller and William Allen Excrs. of Edward Waller decd. pay George Randall twenty five pounds of Tobacco for five days attendance for them agst Harding

In the Suit on Petition between Mosely Battaley Gent. Plt. & Andrew Kenny deft. Judgment is granted the Plt. for two pounds six Shillings & one penny half Penny & Costs.

In the Suit on Petition between Jacob Williams Plt. & John Brown Admr. of John Hookell decd. deft. Judgment is grandted the Plt. for four Pounds thirteen Shillings & ten Pence of the Goods & Chattels of the sd. Intestate in the hands of the [Admr.] if so uch of sd. Goods & Chattels he hath in his hands & if he hath not so much in his hands then the Costs of the Proper Goods & Chattels of the sd. Administrator ~

In the Suit on Petition between John Evans Junr. Plt. & Stephen Durram deft. Judgment is granted the Plt. for two pounds seventeen Shillings and nine pence & Costs ~

In the Suit on Petition between Robert & Edward Maxwells & Compy.Plts. & Thomas Wilson deft. Judgment is granted the Plts. for three hundred sixty & four pounds of Tobacco & Costs

In the Suit on Petition between Margaret French Administratrix of all & singular the Goods & Chattles, Rights & Credits of Mason French decd. Plt. & Alexander Douglass and John Linimett Defts. Judgment is granted the Plt. for two pounds two Shillings & Costs. But this Judgment is to be discharged (the Costs excepted) on Payment of one pound, one Shilling with interest thereon from the first day of April one thousand seven hundred & fifty two till the same is paid. ~

In the Suit on Petition between Margaret French Adminrx. of singular the Goods & Chattles, Rights, & Credits of Mason French dec'd. Plt. & Samuel Whitson & John Addison defts. Judgments [sic] is granted the Plt. for three pounds thirteen Shillings & six pence & Costs. But this Judgment is to be discharged the Costs excepted for Payment of one pound sixteen Shillings & nine pence with Interest thereon from the first day of April one thousand seven hundred & fifty two till the same is paid ~

In the Suit on Perition between Mary James pls. [plaintiff] and Thomas Bell def. [defendant] Judgment is granted the pls. [plaintiff] for one pound, fifteen shillings and three pence with costs a Lawyers fee.

In the Suit on Petition betwen William Kelly pls. [plaintiff] and Nathaniel Price def. [defendant] Judgment is granted the pls. [plaintiff] for one pound, nine shillings and seven pence and costs. In the suit on Petition between Williams Kelly and Phillis his Wife plls. [plaintiffs] and Alexander Douglass and John Christie defs. [defendants] Judgment is granted the pls. [plaintiffs] for four pounds nine shillings and costs. but this Judgment is to be discharged the costs excepted on payment of two pounds four shilling and sixpence withinterest thereon from the first day.
