In the action of debt between Charles Carter Esq. (Esquire) pet. (petitioner) and Winifred Massey admin. (administrator) of all and singular the goods and chattles (illegible) and credits of Robert Massey decd. (deceased) by consent of the Parties the issue in this cause to be tried by a Jury is waved and the matter submitted to the court. It's thereupon considered by the court that the pet. (petitioner) recover the sum of two hundred and eighty pounds if so much of the goods and chattles (illegible) she hath not so much in her hands then the costs of the proper goods and chattles of the Admin. (administrator) But this Judgment is to be discharged the costs excepted on Payment of one hundred and forty pounds with Interest thereon from the twenty first day of June on thousand seven hundred and fifty one till paid Seven pounds eleven shillings and ten pence paid in part of interest to be allowed
