In the Action of Trespass Assault & Battery between John Riley Plt. & Traverse Cooke deft. a Jury to wit, Robert Inglish, George Bell John Withers, Francis Johnson, William Northcut, John Ramay, Charles Harding, Benjamin Selman, Thomas Norman, William Horton, Robert Ashby, & Andrew Edwards were Sworn to try the Issue joined, who brought in their Verdict in these Words, "We of the Jury find for the Plt. one shilling sterling damage, Andrew Edwards foreman" which verdict at the Plt's Motion is admitted to record & it's considered by the Court by the Court [sic] that the Plt recover of the sd. deft. the sd. one shilling sterling damage by the Jurors aforsd. in their Verdict aforsd. assessed, & one Shilling Sterling Costs.
